Movement play & partner work 🤼♀️
In this class we focus on improving coordinative abilities as one of the essentials for any type of skill learning as well as they facilitate to navigate the physical challenges of everyday life. Whenever possible we couple this with partner exercises that help build connection and understanding.

The balance lab 🧪
Level up your ability to balance! In this class we will work with innovative exercises to boost your equilibrioception, and make use of one of my favourite tools - the slackline. In addition to improving your balance system, you will discover an approach that reveals the impact of our inner states on our external reality (and makes the illusion of a boundary between the two disappear).

Handstand class 👐🏽
Dive into the beautiful universe of handbalance and discover an equally challenging as rewarding practice. Learn to dynamically organise your body upside down and understand the underlying principles, that make it all possible.

Organic strength & movement inteligence 💪🏽💡
In this class, we will explore the intriguing "Climbar System" developed by movement specialist Marcello Palozzo. This system will not only help you build organic strength but also supports joint health. Additionally, it challenges our problem-solving abilities in movement contexts and inspires us to discover creative solutions off the beaten tracks of classic fitness.
Community
A single instrument can play a beautiful melody, but the vibrations created by a whole orchestra take things to another level. The same is reflected in our practice. While we are all on our individual journey, the power of transformation that is unleashed in a group is unmatched.
