I propose a multidisciplinary movement education to help you thrive. My approach focuses on transforming your body as well as on nurturing your inner growth. Because movement on the outside is always connected to movement on the inside.
The mission is a journey towards harmony – let’s strive to align body, mind and spirit. Using movement for this journey is self-evident to me. I love it, it is my passion and profession. It fulfils me with great joy seeing people prosper. Being able to accompany and guide you along the way is my biggest reward.
As much as I am a mentor, I consider myself as a student. I believe in lifelong learning, curious for the experiences every day holds for us. Witnessing the positive ripple effect that movement has on every aspect of our life is a gift. It holds the power to be the engine and the fuel to create the path that we envision.

Key aspect of my approach is the benefit of integrating various fields of movement into your training, compared to a single-track approach. Further development in different areas has great positive impact on the others and rounds your abilities. We will build a sound foundation and then work towards specific goals and skills that attract you.

The practical experiences gained through the physical practice often reflect similarities to patterns we apply in our daily lives. By increasing your body awareness, we open the door to a deeper sense of self-awareness and empower you to consciously shape the life you aspire to live.

Local
If you are living around Capbreton/ Hossegor we will train personally. The training will take place outdoors as often as possible. If special circumstances require so we will find a sheltered spot.
Online
This is how I can support you, wherever you are. Remote training will take place via life video.
Guided self-practice
Based on your needs we will tweak your personalised and progressive training plan and equip it with new colors and flavours.
