Although every coaching is different, at the core lies the same quest: Increasing your body awareness and riding this wave towards a higher global self-awareness in the long term – to move throug life in more harmony. 💪🏼🧠🌀

A multidisciplinary approach opens the door to flowing with your inner drive and interests. Plus, varying impulses serve well to develop a broader and more balanced understanding of movement. As you acquire new skills, I will also support you in becoming a more competent learner so that you can face new situations with ease, inside and outside the practice.

Each and everyone of us is different. We have our own background, past experiences, priorities, strength, growth fields and obviously own bodies.

That’s why every coaching is unique, too. I truly care about you and work with all my heart to ensure highest quality and focus on your individual goals.

Every contact we have in our lives somehow touches the path that we are on. My coaching is a reflection of that. When we are working together, you are more than a client. I see you as the whole person that you are and consider the waves which our contact sets into motion.

If you are living around Capbreton/ Hossegor we will train personally. The training will take place outdoors as often as possible. If special circumstances require so we will find a sheltered spot.

Online

This is how I can support you, wherever you are. Remote training will take place via life video.
