As much as I am a teacher, I consider myself as a student.
When I say that I believe in lifelong learning, I truly mean it. And even every session as a coach holds a valuable learning experience for the student in me.
I’m far from done learning and growing – I will never be – but at the same time I am happy to look back on all the things I have learned and implemented already. So, time to give you some insights into my journey and learning background – the impulses which lifted me up and helped to create my approach.
Certified Personal Trainer
The Personal Trainer Studies (✔️ 2022) builds my international accepted professional base. It allowed me to gain an even deeper understanding of the human movement system as well as the scientific side of exercising. It is the theoretical counterpart of my practical experiences.
Outdoor Educator
Especially my Outdoor Education Studies in Norway (✔️ 2018) and my professional experience in this field have a great impact on me. The concept of experienced based learning is a key to sustainable transformation & growth and one of the foundational pillars of my approach.
International Degree Programme in Applied Leisure Science B.A.
My bachelor studies (✔️ 2019) opened my eyes for the importance of learning and knowledge transfer off the beaten track. They display the steppingstone to my deeper research into the concepts of experienced based learning and the importance of our connection with nature.

Cornerstones of my movement journey
I had the possibility to practice a lot of different sports over the years and experience the beautiful properties of all of them. With the shifting focus of each discipline, I got to know my body in different contexts and used that to my advantage. The bigger my repertoire and understanding of movements, the more it opened the doors to new ones.
At the age of 13 I got hooked on trampoline which boosted my acrobatic level and later was the start of my journey as a coach. After years of practice I became Trampoline Trainer in 2013 and grew with it for the following 6 years.
2018 I fell in love with climbing and its community and engaged full throttel. Only one year later I began working in a climbing gym to give courses. This was when I started to dive deeper into goal specific strength and flexibility training.
Due to an knee injury I had to pause climbing for over 2 years now. But rather than just looking at it as a loss I see it as a chance. The recovery process made me connect with my body more than ever. It also made me shift my attention towards calisthenics, which I love for its parallels to climbing, but even more for the freedom it holds of practicing anywhere.
Another discipline that found its way slowly but steadily into my life is slacklining (actually balancing in general). With its first experiences years ago, I engaged more and more into it over the time until I finally started to give professional courses in 2021 here in the south of France. The big mental part in balancing is the one which amazes me the most.
And all along the way there was one sport which always accompanied me – running. I understand the passion for chasing faster times or longer distances, but furthermore I love the idea of it as our most natural way of transportation. This is also why I put an emphasis on sustaining a basic endurance level.
These are the sports and diffrent ways to move I explored over the years:
Football Volleyball Athletics Capoeira Breakdance Parkour Trampolin Slackline Longboarding Surfing Climbing Calisthenics Running Roadbiking Skiing Hiking
